1960s Blue Floral Accordion Pleat Print Dress with Belt colourful-patchwork collar and cuffsThis summery 1960s dress was couture made in France by a competent seamstress and is unlabelled. Crafted from soft feel nylon and printed with clusters of royal blue roses with teal leaves and a painterly pale blue background. The fabric is accordion pleated from the bust down, the pleats breaking only at the waist. The dress has a wide, curved neckline that gives way to thick straps. The skirt falls to calf length and the dress is lined at the top
