It has a round neck and narrow cut, and is made from two layers of similarly coloured but not identical fabrics (each in a sense a dress on its own) which are joined together only at the shoulder with the effect that each layer will move about on its own on the body. The inner layer, which is made from a lightweight woven material, is cut wider than the outer layer (see the measurements for an idea of this), with
