A panel on the front wraps to the side and slips through a loop to form a little tie. Made by label Chaus. Size 6. 100% polyester. The print is striped, with a hibiscus floral pattern and nautical ropes and stars. The back of the waistband is elastic. There is a zipper and clasp closure at the side seam. Due to the Elastic Waist Stretch, This could also fit a size 2 or 4. Measures: Waist 24" unstretched , 30" stretched
