Dainty red lace garter belt or suspender belt has black lace trim, elastic waist and elastic straps with ruffled lace. Metal clips can hook on or off for replacement. Hook closure. 100% nylon. Made in Australia by Estelle, 1980s 1990s. Measurements Medium Waist measures 59 cm (23") unstretched. Stretches comfortably to 76 cm (30") Condition Good. One of the original silver and black suspender buttons was missing and I have replaced it
