Pink polyester, acting like lightweight crepe. Puffy "baby doll" sleeves, lots of lacy ruffles down front, puritannical high "Victorian" collar. Meant for little jumpers or pretty skirts (or maybe tartans?) but as usual, styling in photos is in another direction.
