60’s Hat, Ivory Organza Pleated Pillbox Neon In the ultimate gypsy silhouette1965 ivory pleated pillbox. A stiff net base secures the shape, covered with pleated ivory organza fabric, topped with a thick veiling that comes just below the edge. Interior is finished with a taupe petersham ribbon. Excellent condition but there is some glue showing through on the inside, not outside. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches. Rise is 3 1 2 inches in the front and 2 3 4 inches in the back.
