The blouse fastens in front with hooks and eyes at the gathered, peplum styled waist, and small snaps behind the attached, beaded and sequined panel that fills in the deep V neck at the center. The bracelet length sleeves have puffed shoulders with medium sized shoulder pads, to evoke a retro, 1940s silhouette that was popular in the 80s. The mid weight
