"The National" department store and "Tailored by Enro" appear on the label. It features short sleeves and double double chest pockets. The fabric appears to be a cotton blend. It measures 42" around the chest, the shoulders are 16 1 2" across and the length is 27". Excellent condition. Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Small Medium. Catalog # 6501
