The yoke and skirt is a transparent mesh. There is a matching underskirt so only the yoke is sheer. A double ruffle trims the yoke seam. Dainty little puff sleeves are bound at the edge and have no elastic, so no stretch there. Piping at the waist. Closes with a metal zip in the side. A short back of the neck opening closes with hook and loop.
