Deadstock, sheer yellow blouse. 65% Kodel Polyester 35% Combed Cotton, billowy sleeve with elastic cuff and ruffle large ruffle collar, button up, arched hemline. Condition nice. Blouse was measured across and doubled, laid flat: 38" bust 36" waist 38" hip 16" across shoulders inside seams 23" length 21" sleeve length.
