I think these would all come out or lighten with a soak which I have not done

In the photos I've folded it up and tied it in a bow at the neck which is how I believe it was intended but see the other photos to see the construction~it can be tied in other ways

1940 Ivory "Lilli Ann California Original" Suit with Peplum 1900s_dress I think these would all1940s ivory wool suit by Lilli Ann. Fitted jacket is fully lined and has heavily padded shoulders, a narrow shawl collar and faux pockets (flaps but no pocket). The back of the jacket features a double peplum. The skirt is high waisted and closes with a side metal zipper and single button at the waistband. The skirt is straight, fitted through the hips and widening slightly at the hem.
