Low cut front, shoulder pads, unlined. Long rise in shorts, should fit loose (almost like a skirt) see pics. Front pockets are decorative (flaps only) shorts have pockets at side seams. Color is dark Navy blue with white polka dots. (looks almost black in person) Content tag is no longer readable, it is rayon. CONDITION: Good vintage condition. No stains marks or repairs found.
