The pants are a 50% cotton 50% polyester waffle cloth made by Perry Classics . The waist is high, 28" inseam waistband is narrow, it has a metal zipper and button up theside , wide straigh legs . The condtion is nice . The pants were measured across and doubled , laid flat : 25" waist 37" hips 14" rise 40" total length 9" across leg hem
