1970s Striped Black Halter Neck Dress three months It's in very good conditionThis early 1970s Louis Fraud dress was made in Germany from what we believe it to be a black rayon blend designed to resemble linen. It has bright pink, green, and blue stripes, a flared skirt, and an acetate lining. It fastens with a zipper at the back and a button at the back of the neck. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry cleaned and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 31" with darts (can accommodate larger sizes due to the backless
