80's Velvet Bow Mini Dress junior jr theme The sleeves are an open1980's vintage black velvet mini dress with red bow detail at top. Zips up back with 2 hook closure. Excellent condition. Size 6 but fits more like a 2 4. bust armpit to armpit: 15", waist: 29", hips: 35".
