If you are unfamiliar with acrostic jewelry, it uses gemstones to spell out a word, most commonly REGARD and ADORE.Ruby, Emerald, Garnet, Amethyst, Ruby, Diamond = REGARDThese pieces became popular in the Georgian era (c. 1714 1837), and this piece likely dates from the late Georgian period, around the 1820s 30s.It is unmarked but tests for at least 18k gold. The stones I believe are
