The skirt is fitted at the hips with tucks topped by tab accents then flares to fullness. It's lined in blue cotton. It falls below the knee and closes with a side nylon zipper. It's sized a 12 and measures 36" around the waist, the hips are 44" and the length is 25 1 2". Excellent condition. Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Large. Catalog # 6888
