Medium weight sparkly fabric with plenty of stretch

Dress is in good vintage condition – the neoprene is a little squished in areas from dress being stored

there is one stain on right side in between the pleats of the skirt and there is underarm staining

They are tucked inside a slit which originally held some very worn feathers
