Frank Usher Noir Floral Cocktail Dress Silk Condition: Near perfect (two patched1950s glamour in glazed cotton floral cocktail dress. Charcoal ground with bisque and coco roses decorate the motif. The bodice and skirt feature rushed accents, with jet black velvet straps and bows. Inside the skirt is a crinoline and hoop for a bell shaped structure. The inner bodice is lined with a fitted and boned corset. Beautiful hand finishings complete the trims. Sadly missing it's makers label, but an identical match with another Frank Usher
