1940s Floral Print Dress with Bustle by Jean Andre blonde_mink 16" to edges of pads1940s navy rayon print dress with beautiful detailing including an collar with bow, tiny covered decorative buttons down the front and split peplum. There is a mini bustle type swag over the rear. Skirt is long, not sure if it's meant to be full length or just for a taller woman. Sleeves are slim but not tight and are full length.
