Structurally, they are in great shape. Unfortunately, time and storage conditions caused numerous rust stains. I tried to capture these as best as I could in the photos. A potential solution could be dying these darker. MEASUREMENTS: 23" waist, 12" rise, 17. 5" across hips, length from the top of the waist to the bottom of the hem is 41"
