1940 Ruffed Sequined Topper 40s_suit Bodice has a relaxed fit1940 black felt skull cap with ruffled sides. There is a sequined round at center front and the ruffles are folded pieces of felt with decorative stitching and sequined trimmed edged. The tag reads "adjustable". I don't see that this being the case, but i is one size fits most as it sits atop the head. Excellent vintage condition.
