An interior button secures the piece on the inside, while an oversized kilt pin fastens the exterior giving the wearer freedom to play with drape. Made from a cotton and rayon herringbone plaid, this simple skirt grazes the ankles. Two interior buttons make it adjustable in size and can be worn at the waist or lower on the hips.
