The Colle Koltanowski system (playing d4, Nf3, e3, Bd3 and eventually b3) is very easy to learn, yet an extremely dangerous opening. White goes for a simple set up, aiming all of his pieces towards Black's kingside. White doesn't need to rely on learning reams of opening theory to master this opening, therefore suiting players who do not want to spend their entire spare time reading, watching and learning thirty
