Caponata–aus den Nebrodi Trebbiano The perfect accompaniment to aOur caponata is produced in a small village in the hills of Nebrodi. Sun ripened Italian vegetables are carefully sorted by hand, washed and diced. Then we gently fry it on different cooking levels so that each ingredient retains its optimum consistency.
