2022 Elena Barbera d' Alba DOC Glutenfrei the "Parrot" brings tropical cheertype red wine Origin Spain Ribera del Duero Expansion From over 100 year old vines and a yield of just 2,500 kg per hectare, the grapes are harvested by hand in 15 kg crates. Only a few grapes are destemmed; most find their way into the fermentation tank as whole bunches. The wine is aged for 26 months in new French barriques and then ages for a further three years in the bottle before release. Serving temperature 15 17C Alcohol content 14. 5% grape
