birka cup handmade Toque Size: 38 mmThis small, Viking Age cup is based on the find from grave mound 772 in Birka, Sweden. The cup is wholly handmade here in Sweden without a potters wheel, just as the original was made over 1000 years ago. In order to make it more durable and easier to clean, its made from stoneware with a glazed inside. This allows it to be washed in a dish washer and it can also withstand a microwave oven.
