Its design is reminiscent of the seven factors of awakening: mindfulness, investigation, energy, joy, tranquility, concentration, and equanimity. Made from brass using traditional casting techniques by Nousaku, each candlestick is given a special color treatment by Iromasa, a traditional workshop for metal coloring
