Victorian Medusa Cameo Engagement Ring The diamonds are approx F/GVictorian 18ct gold and helmet shell cameo depicting the gorgon Medusa with snakes coming from her hair and wings on her head. A beautiful and very collectable cameo in excellent condition. Unlike the Gorgons, she was sometimes represented as very beautiful. Circa 1870 80 Measures: 5. 9cm x 5cm
