80's Floral Elastic Waist Electric Blue Skirt by Leslie Faye 70s large tee scalloped top with seed beadingThis vintage floral midi skirt in bright blue is from the late 80s or early 90s and features a stretchy elastic waist with a bold floral paisley print with knife pleats and a bordered edge. Looks great with a white tee and canvas sneakers. Toss on a jean jacket and complete the look. Waistband measures 32" unstretched up to about 42", hip up to 64", length 31". Excellent condition.
