Mountain Forest Project

In December 2018 we were able to support the "Mountain Forest Project" with 1,000 euros.
The establishment of mixed mountain forest through rotting planting in storm and bark beetle bare areas or as pre-cultivation is one of the main tasks of the mountain forest project. With the sum of 1,000 euros, the planting and subsequent supply of 200 local trees (fir, larch, beech, Swiss stone pine and blackberry) is secured. This will help the reforestation of the aging and grassy mountain forest in Bayerischzell at Schliersee. The mountain forest is essential for the preservation of our ecosystem, as it supports the protection of plants, animals, soil erosion, avalanches and water.
