Our Organic Ginger Ale is every bit as clear, fresh, and sunny yellow as its ingredients. Apart from water, carbon dioxide, and sugar, nothing makes it into the bottle except the best organic Mediterranean citrus fruit and ginger from the Peruvian Highlands. It’s super fine, perfectly balanced, and represents the flawless harmony of a light, natural spiciness and fine notes of citrus and caramel.
We have deliberately decided against adding the corresponding agents to achieve an artificial brown colour, because we want our drinks to contain only the ingredients that are necessary for its taste.
Our Organic Ginger Ale is 100 % organic, vegan, and contains no citric acid: all you can taste, and nothing more! Best enjoyed pure over ice or with a shot of a good whisk(e)y.
