Aqua Monaco Mixers

Our classic mixer range was devised specially for creative restaurant proprietors and bartenders who are not only looking for a taste adventure but also for sustainability, good-quality ingredients, and innovation. We reinvented the market for premium mixers with products such as Aqua Monaco Cola, the first Cola designed specifically as a filler, or by using cold-pressed ginger in our Ginger Beer. Creative partnerships, for example with Klaus St. Rainer from the Goldene Bar, help us collaborate on the development of truly extraordinary products which fit a bartender’s needs to a T. After all, that is how the Golden Monaco Tonic was born, an “extra dry” tonic described by the specialist journal “Mixology” as “a new category in the sphere of bitter-tasting soft drinks”.

Tonic Water

Our classic, tart-tasting Tonic Water. It owes its characteristic flavour to bitter quinine and natural, fresh lemon and lime extracts. The high carbonation level producing a fine effervescence makes it the ideal mixer for a long drink. The most important ingredient in a perfect G&T. A light and stimulating refresher when enjoyed pure over ice.

Golden Monaco

Golden Monaco is our extra-dry tonic water. The idea: less sugar and more quinine. Golden Monaco has a clear, dry taste – a straight and pure tonic water which is low-calorie to boot and, when used as a drink mixer, lets the added liquor dominate the taste. Rounded off with a high carbonation level producing a fine effervescence and light notes of cardamom and juniper, Golden Monaco brings out the distinctive character of the gin without adulterating it. It was designed in close collaboration with Klaus St. Rainer and his “screw crew” at the Goldene Bar in Munich.

Ginger Ale

Our refreshing Ginger Ale. The recipe revolves around that exquisitely fine and natural ginger note. A high carbonation level and a particularly finely struck balance between sweet and sour result in a tart, aromatic mixer which can also be enjoyed pure. But above all, it is an indispensable ingredient in classic long drinks such as a Horse’s Neck or the summery Pimm’s Cup.

Ginger Beer

Our extra-spicy Ginger Beer. And it owes its delicious spicy note exclusively to the cold-pressed juice of the ginger root. A one-of-its kind drink, whether pure or over ice. As a mixer, its strong character makes it an equal partner to strong-flavoured spirits such as rum or bourbon. The perfect base for freshly mixed bucks.

Bitter Lemon

Our tart-tasting Bitter Lemon, that popular soft drink with its unique blend of sweet, sour, and bitter notes. Natural, strong citrus flavours combined with tart and bitter quinine make for a particularly intense mixer. It’s just as versatile as our Tonic Water when it comes to long drinks. If you prefer it pure as a refresher, don’t forget to add lots of ice.

Cola

Our cola devised for bars. It has been groomed for professional use as a mixer, with a particularly high carbonation level creating a fine fizz, a fruitier taste, and less sweet than usual. All that helps to bring out all kinds of flavours. Its impressive taste range makes it the ideal mixer for bourbon- or rum-based drinks.

Soda Water

Our crystal clear soda water. Best-in-class mineral water and lots of fizz make it particularly refreshing. Enjoy pure or with lemon over ice for a calorie-free treat at any time of day. As a highball mixer it goes particularly well with spirits such as vodka, gin, or rum. The undisputed scotch and soda champion – a drink that is both simple and amazing.
