There are notes of fresh quince, ripe, pulpy lemon and small notes of crunchy flat peach combined with delicate touches of apple, fine hints of fresh kumquat and kumquat peel as well as discrete buttery, sweet spice hints and a subtle hint of fresh verbena (in the background). The palate is fruity, controlled and elegant,
