Unser Organic Tonic Water ist 100% natürlich und frei von Zitronensäure. Besonderen Wert haben wir auf die Suche und Auswahl der Chinarinde gelegt. Und wurden im Urwald an den Osthängen des Altiplano fündig. Mit Unterstützung der lokalen Bevölkerung haben sich zwei ortskundige Agrarwissenschaftler zu Fuss auf den Weg in die Wälder gemacht, um geeignete Bäume zu finden und schonend von Hand die Rinde zu ernten.
