The 2020 Falstaff bar guide lists his “Bar am Wasser” among the best in Switzerland. The tonic we created together with him represents the nouveau gourmet culture of his bar, which overlooks Lake Zurich.
We have married the profound aromatic note of the special cold-brew coffee concentrate to the mild, naturally bitter flavour of Bolivian cinchona. A well-balanced mix of grapefruit, edelweiss, cubeb pepper, and cardamom give the Limmatien its unique structure of flavours. This cleverly tart and refreshing recipe is topped off with a dash of fruity Mediterranean lemon.
Our Organic Limmatien Tonic is 100 % organic, vegan, and contains no citric acid. We have reduced the sugar content, and the production and bottling process is climate-neutral. Like in all our other organic tonics, we use hand-picked cinchona bark from the jungle on the eastern slopes of the Bolivian Altiplano.
